Video Conferencing Executive Host & Operator.
This is a temporary on-site position in our San Ramon office.
Job Dates: October 26th - December 1st
(Possibility of extending or becoming permanent if there's a mutual fit)
Hours per week: 18-35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, generally between 12:00PM - 8:00PM (some variations in schedule)
Two Saturdays will be required (11/7 & 11/21)
Pay: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience
The Video Conferencing Executive Host & Operator is a project-based position, working out of Amplify’s offices in San Ramon. You will greet and converse with our research participants and clients over Zoom, checking in participants upon arrival to meetings, and providing instruction and best practices during online research sessions. You will also serve as the liaison between the participants and clients, requiring professionalism, confidence, and exceptional hospitality skills.
The following skills and attributes are a MUST:
Intimate knowledge of Zoom Meetings - including how to adjust settings for screen sharing, recording, co-host hand-offs, security and advanced feature uses
Critical thinking and exercising good judgement
Must be extremely comfortable learning new technology and programs
Punctuality and reliability are CRITICAL
Outgoing personality with a professional and inviting attitude
